Face2Face is a Video Conferencing Platform, that can be personally branded to the subscribers company. This platform does not require any external downloaded applications, as it is entirely web based. You can schedule calls and email links to your co-workers or colleagues directly, record your calls, present documents through “Presentation” function which has white board ability or just as easily share your screen with other members of the call (up to 100), to navigate through a website or flipping through documents when doing a presentation.

I-Verify Visual Validation Digital Signature

A powerful new feature that allows your MeMail account to be used as a form of visual verification of a transaction when digitally signing documents. This will be available in our MeMail 3.0 release. Once the signer opens the document from the sender to sign, they must enable and allow the use of the front facing camera, and or webcam while reviewing and signing the document.
